Well, that's exactly what we’re going to do. At Orli, we’re building the go-to platform for early intervention, empowering families, schools and organisations to confidently care for young people before challenges escalate.

Millions of children are falling through the cracks of a system that’s too slow and too complex. Parents often don’t know where to turn, teachers are overwhelmed with growing responsibilities and access to specialist support takes far too long.

We’ve made some big steps forward:

• Pilots secured with the NHS and an Innovate UK grant to develop our no-code MVP and AI models.
• Built a Figma prototype to map our long-term vision.
• Engaged with over 1,000 parents, educators, and healthcare professionals to refine our approach.

Now, we’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to bring this vision to life - someone who thrives in startup environments, loves solving meaningful problems and wants to be part of something that really matters.

⚡ The Role

We need a full-stack all-rounder who can build both back-end and front-end applications and thrives on building user-centered solutions to solve really hard problems. You’ll work closely with our CTO and founding team, translating high-level concepts into functioning software that changes lives.

🚀 What You’ll Do

1. Build the Platform
   • Develop and deliver cross-platform applications (web and mobile) with a focus on usability, security and scalability.
   • Design, implement, and optimise databases to support large-scale data use cases, including those for AI models.
2. Collaborate and Iterate
   • Work closely with our CTO to translate architectural plans into actionable code.
   • Collaborate with product and clinical teams to align development with user needs and rapidly iterate based on feedback.
